​UCD Surgical Society was set up to generate & cultivate an interest in the field amongst medical students at University College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland.

The society aims to act as a link between medical students & the wider surgical community. We provide a platform for students to develop their passion for surgery, make contacts, get involved in research, avail of surgical education and training opportunities, and identify potential mentors. We hope to establish a strong network between current and former students and guide those in pursuit of a career in surgery.
